O presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), ministro Edson Fachin, enviou hoje (8) ao ministro da Defesa, Paulo Sérgio Nogueira de Oliveira, um ofício com as respostas técnicas sobre os questionamentos feitos pela equipe das Forças Armadas que foi designada para acompanhar a fiscalização do processo eleitoral. 

No documento, Fachin afirmou que não há previsão normativa para registro escrito de algumas informações solicitadas pela equipe, como a lista de serviços utilizados no recebimento do boletim de urna, de bibliotecas instaladas no servidor e resumos criptográficos e de interpretadores (Java, PPytohon, PHP). 

“Nessa ordem de ideias, para garantir o fiel cumprimento da norma, o TSE franqueou o acesso  às  suas  dependências  para  inspeção  do  código-fonte  dos programas a serem utilizados nas eleições 2022, desde o mês de outubro do ano de 2021, fazendo ampla divulgação das suas reiteradas iniciativas de transparência”, diz o ofício. 

Sobre o acesso à informações das eleições anteriores, o presidente disse que o prazo para solicitação dos dados já terminou, conforme as regras válidas a partir do ano passado. 

“As  entidades  fiscalizadoras  do  processo  eleitoral,  nos  termos  da  Resolução nº. 23.673, de 2021, não possuem poderes de  análise e fiscalização de eleições passadas, não lhes cumprindo papel de controle externo do TSE”, afirmou o tribunal.
