A Câmara dos Deputados aprovou na noite desta quarta-feira (31) a Medida Provisória 1154/23, que prevê a estrutura de ministérios do governo Lula. O placar foi de 337 votos a favor e 125, contra.

Os deputados analisam agora os destaques ao texto, que podem alterar trechos. Todos os destaques foram apresentados pelo PL. 

A MP segue para apreciação do Senado e precisa ser aprovada até meia-noite de quinta-feira (1º), ou perderá a validade.

Os deputados federais aprovaram o texto-base elaborado pelo deputado Isnaldo Bulhões Jr. (MDB-AL), relator na comissão mista que analisou a MP. O relatório trouxe mudanças nas funções de alguns ministérios, alterando a proposta original apresentada pelo governo federal.

Em mais de duas horas, os parlamentares se posicionaram a favor e contra a MP. Os favoráveis argumentaram que o atual governo tem direito a organizar a estrutura pública da forma que desejar. Os contrários manifestaram que a reestruturação representa o inchaço da Esplanada dos Ministérios, por prever a criação de 37 pastas, sendo 31 ministérios e seis órgãos com status de ministério.

Durante todo o dia, o governo Lula mobilizou-se para a aprovação mais rápida da MP na Câmara. No início da noite, o presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), criticou a falta de articulação do governo com o tema e chegou a colocar em dúvida se a votação ocorreria.
